Most nights at Chateau Lake Louise are now sold out and their in-house reservations department is keeping a waiting list – to be added to the list, contact cll.conventions.cll@fairmont.com (provide your requested arrival & departure date, and any room requirements you’re looking for).

The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is offering special delegate rates starting at $283 per night (single occupancy, plus applicable taxes & other charges). Please be sure to state that you are with the group “Recycling Council of Alberta” when booking your room. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made prior to September 18, 2023 to be eligible for the conference rate. After this date, any remaining rooms in our block will be released and higher rates may apply. Please note that for confirmed reservations a one night room and tax deposit will be applicable at time of booking, and a 72 hour cancellation policy applies.

We have now confirmed that a shuttle will be running from the Lake Louise townsite to Chateau Lake Louise. The shuttle will stop at the Mountaineer Lodge and the Lake Louise Inn to pick-up and drop-off passengers in the townsite. There will be no cost for RCA conference attendees to take this shuttle.
The shuttle will be going back and forth from the Lake Louise townsite to Chateau Lake Louise during the below times only:
Wednesday, October 18
Continuous service starting in townsite: 8:30 – 10:00
Continuous service starting at CLL: 17:00 – 19:00
Continuous service starting at CLL: 21:00 – 22:30

Thursday, October 19
Continuous service starting in townsite: 7:30 – 8:30
Continuous service starting at CLL: 17:15 – 18:45 (people may be travelling either direction)
Continuous service starting at CLL: 22:00 and 24:00

Friday, October 20
Continuous service starting in townsite: 8:00 – 9:00
Continuous service starting at CLL: 12:30 – 1:30
